Across Multiple Channels

As the User Experience Design Lead, I was in charge of experience design for all digital channels, including web, mobile, kiosk, etc. My major role was to collaborate with Product Managers and cross-divisional Business Units as well as our agency of record, AKQA, on user experience and user interface design to ensure brand integrity and excellent experience across digital channels.
