Delta Air Lines’ UX Lead

Across Multiple Channels

As the User Experience Design Lead, I was in charge of experience design for all digital channels, including web, mobile,
kiosk, etc. My major role was to collaborate with Product Managers and cross-divisional Business Units as well as our agency of record, AKQA,
on user experience and user interface design to ensure brand integrity and excellent experience across digital channels. In addition to
serving as a User Experience Expert, I also oversaw design management and established our internal agency, UX Center of Excellence.
